Arrivals at the hotel are between 3pm and before 9pm.For late arrivals (after 8 p.m.), it is obligatory to contact the hotel by telephone on the day of arrival, otherwise the hotel will not be able to arrange for a late arrival,
Otherwise, the hotel, if it has not been able to set up a specific procedure for late arrival
If the hotel has not been able to arrange a late arrival procedure, the reservation may be considered as cancelled for no-show and the cancellation policy may be applied.
The hotel will be entitled to re-let the room.
On the day of departure from the hotel, the room must be vacated by 12 noon.
If you intend to bring an animal with you during your stay at the hotel
it is imperative that you ask the hotel reception beforehand, who will inform you of the conditions of acceptance.
In the absence of acceptance received and confirmed by the hotel, the reservation may be considered cancelled and the cancellation conditions will apply.
In any case, only one animal will be accepted in the room and its weight will not exceed 20kg.
